EFFECTIVE is a Coordination and Support Action aimed at fostering and enhancing the active clustering of activities and results of FoF Projects in order to maximise their exploitation.
EFFECTIVE adopts a market- and business-driven approach to devise a clustering model and to develop both a solid framework and networks and alliances towards industrial exploitation. It addresses six broad technology domains (Additive processes, Advanced robotics, Digital/virtual tools for sustainability, ICT for value chain, Safe human-machine interaction and training, Design and customisation) in four industrial application areas of growing technology intensity (Consumer goods, Production systems, Machinery, Medical devices). The validation of the EFFECTIVE tools proposed involves high-level expertise and case studies from four European regions in key Member States of the FoF PPP (Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands). The Action incorporates a significant international dimension.
EFFECTIVE leverages the complementary competences and extensive network of a compact partnership, with links to major European associations and networks with direct relevance to technology transfer, business and territorial development and industrial exploitation.
