EFFECTIVE has a compact Consortium of strong stakeholders in their regional and national contexts and in their respective field of action, holding strategic institutional roles towards industrial innovation and regional development. They add this deep knowledge to meaningful links to research, industry, institutional and technology transfer stakeholders, which will enable the successful implementation of the action.
The four members of the Consortium have a history of active involvement in relevant European networks, associations and institutions (cf. here), instrumental for both project results exploitation and further Research, Technical Development and Innovation. The Consortium has also relevantties at international level.
Synesis coordinates the action, based on its valuable experiences in FoF research projects and on its major skills in technology transfer activities with reference to various production technologies and different industrial sectors. Particularly, Synesis is strongly active, also with leading roles, in different European and International initiatives and programmes, like EFFRA, Manufuture, ConXEPT at European level as well as Eureka! and IMS at international level.
Synesis will develop a case study in Italy (Emilia-Romagna Region), in the medium technology-intensive field of innovative energy efficient and sustainable production systems, cooperating with regional development agencies, technology transfer centres and FoF project partners.

Steinbeis is a world-renowned and leading institution in technology transfer activities with reference to various technologies and industrial sectors. Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum is strongly active in many European initiatives and projects, particularly in the Europe Enterprise Network, involving about 50 countries and aiming to help small companies to make the most of the business opportunities in the European Union.
Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum will develop a specific case study in Germany (Baden-Württenberg Region) in the high technology-intensive field of medical devices, cooperating with regional actors and FoF project partners.

IVACE is the qualified regional development agency for the Valencia Region in Spain, strongly linked with regional innovation actors on the one hand and with European networks and programs on the other hand, such as EURADA, the European Association of Development Agencies, of which it is founder and board member.
IVACE will develop a specific case study in Spain (Valencia Region) in the low technology-intensive field of consumer goods, products cooperating with regional technology transfer centres and FoF project partners.

Brainport will develop a specific case study in the Netherlands (Eindhoven Region) in the medium technology-intensive field of machine tools, cooperating with regional actors such as technology transfer centers and companies, within its extensive network of companies active in several advanced industrial application areas.

Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum is the operational unit of the Commissioner for Europe of the Minister of Finance and Economics of Baden-Württemberg, contact point for SME and partner in the Enterprise Europe Networkof the European Commission. It acts as EU-Contact Point for Universities in Baden-Württemberg and is partner of the Initiative Science and Economy on behalf of the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts.
SEZ acts as prime access to Europe for enterprises, universities, research organisations and regional authorities in Baden-Württemberg, offering consultancy services on European funding and research programmes, technology cooperation, regional strategies and innovation, and participation at and organisation of brokerage events, company missions and information days as well as training provision.
